Tomorrow we turn the page from learning to doing. While there will still be many learning opportunities along the way, our focus will move from knowledge (head) to application(heart & hands). But before we do, settle in for a moment to absorb the truths we’ve been uncovering:
“Because of Christ’s love for us, we will not receive what we deserve as a penalty for our sins (that’s mercy), and we have already received forgiveness, eternal life, an indwelling Holy Spirit, and restore relationship with God and others (that’s justice). Jesus did this. It is his work of mercy and justice expressed to us. We can rest in the knowledge that it will continue to be God’s work and power that accomplishes justice in and through us to a world in need of restoration.”
